How can we tune in to our body and what it's telling us about our health and our happiness?

Thanks for watching and for requesting the recipe Khine from Khinder Creations made on our show.
Here's the recipe:
3 TBS non-fat yogurt
(Option: add 2 TSP water if you prefer the mask to be lighter )
1 TBS ground Turmeric powder
1 TSP raw honey
2 drops of basil essential oil
2 drops of cinnamon leaf oil
Apply it on a clean face and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Wipe off gently with a warm towel.
